Glow Purple Campaign

This campaign includes the distribution of strings of purple lights, New Hope For Women Domestic Violence Awareness Month posters, and purple ribbons to local businesses, agencies, and municipal buildings within the four-county catchment area. By displaying the purple lights, ribbon, and poster, businesses indicate that they are a committed partner in ending domestic and dating violence in our communities. In addition, the purple lights, ribbon, and poster are a show of solidarity with survivors of DV, while also signifying the business’s intolerance for future acts of DV.

A special thank you to our business partners who are helping to shine light on ending domestic violence in Bath, Belfast, Boothbay, Camden, Damariscotta, Rockland, Thomaston, Waldoboro, and Wiscasset.
